Have you ever wondered if therapy could help you explore your personal identity or better understand your relationships in life? As a queer and nonbinary individual living in Pittsburgh, I know firsthand how transformative counseling can be in embracing one’s diverse identity and understanding the hardships of life. I am passionate about working with people who are navigating their unique journeys and expressions. I firmly believe in creating a therapeutic environment that is both nurturing and secure, helping people to work toward positive change.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that you are inherently enough, just as you are. In our sessions, you can expect a space of comfort, exploration, and compassionate, trauma-informed care. I have experience working with children on the Autism spectrum and working with the queer community. Some of my personal interests include working with individuals on gender identity and comfortability, queer romantic relationships, ethical non-monogamous relationships, asexual and aromantic experiences, trans adults and youth, and individuals identifying within the furry community. I also explore and incorporate forms of artistic expression through my work. I am able to incorporate meditation, somatic-work, and other techniques into our sessions.
I am originally from Swisshelm Park and attended the University of Pittsburgh where I obtained my bachelor’s degree in psychology and creative writing. I am currently receiving my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling and have worked in the mental health field for the past few years.
